Description
Prepare a 2-3 page paper (not including the title page and referenced pages) on the topic of collaboration in the nurse practitioner role for the NP working in primary care.
- The paper should present how the student NP working in primary care forms a collaborative relationship with the client, family and other health care providers.
- Describe two challenges you have faced in the student nurse practitioner role in your practicum with regard to forming a collaborative relationship with the client, family and other health care providers.
- Discuss how you have overcome the two challenges you identified in your practicum in the student nurse practitioner role with regard to forming a collaborative relationship with the client, family and other health care providers.
- Identify your specific behavioral strategies as a student nurse practitioner for overcoming challenges you have faced in your practicum with regard to forming a collaborative relationship with the client, family and other health care providers.
- The paper should include examples to support and explicate each of the key points.
- The paper should include a minimum of five evidence-based peer reviewed scholarly references no more than 5 years old (2010).
